Rauls Recognized by Executive Women of New Jersey’s 2022 Trailblazing Policy Makers List

Saul Ewing LLP, a full-service law firm with attorneys in 16 offices, is proud to announce that Ruth Rauls, a Labor and Employment Partner in the Firm's Princeton office, was honored as part of the Executive Women of New Jersey’s 2022 Trailblazing Policy Makers List. The Trailblazing Policy Makers List recognizes the most influential and accomplished women leaders in New Jersey who champion efforts towards advancing women’s leadership.

Ruth draws on her litigation experience to help large and small companies alike identify potential legal issues and to provide support for internal decision making that affects their business operations. This includes advice on preventative practices to minimize workplace disputes, including accommodation and harassment issues. Employers look to her for advice on personnel actions, including drafting employment agreements and conducting internal investigations on various workplace matters.
