Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr Adds Chandra Kilgriff As Firm’s First Chief Talent Officer

MINNEAPOLIS (September 9, 2021) – Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr LLP today announced that it has hired Chandra Kilgriff as its first Chief Talent Officer. The Chief Talent Officer is a member of the Firm’s senior management team and will ensure that its recruiting, retention, diversity, equity & inclusion, professional development, employee benefits, human resources and talent management functions and initiatives are aligned with the Firm’s overall strategy. Ms. Kilgriff will develop and oversee the implementation of programs and policies that will allow the Firm to recruit and retain the most talented attorneys and staff.

“I am thrilled to serve as the first Chief Talent Officer of Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr,” Ms. Kilgriff said. “My immediate focus will be to understand and build upon systems that foster an inclusive, collaborative and growth-oriented culture. Our overarching goal is to recruit, develop, and retain talented individuals in order to meet the goals and objectives of our clients, our people and our business.”

Managing Partner Barry F. Levin said, “We felt this was the perfect time to bring on a Chief Talent Officer, given the hybrid work environment and developing innovation due to the disruption caused by the pandemic.” He added, “With Chandra’s background in talent management and diversity, equity and inclusion, she was our ideal candidate for this role.”

Ms. Kilgriff most recently served as the Chief Talent & Diversity Officer for Robins Kaplan. She also practiced law as an associate with the law firm of Dorsey & Whitney. Ms. Kilgriff earned a Masters of Public Policy from Georgetown University, a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, and a B.A. from University of Illinois.
