Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr Adds Three Associates to New Minneapolis Office

(Minneapolis, Minn. - 2019-02-21)

Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr LLP announced that three associates are joining the eight partners who recently formed the firm's new office in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Like the partners, attorneys Wade C. Adamson Jr., Ashley R. Bailey, and Leah D. Leyendecker were formerly with the Minneapolis office of Gray Plant Mooty.

"When we decided to move our practices to Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr, we were committed to helping the firm aggressively grow in Minneapolis," said Alfred W. Coleman, Managing Partner of the new office. "The move by Wade, Ashley and Leah is the first step toward achieving this goal. All three associates already play key roles in supporting clients who rely on us for corporate, real estate, intellectual property and data privacy work. I expect their move will further enhance our ability to provide a seamless transition for clients."

Mr. Adamson primarily handles commercial real estate transactions, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, easements, contracts for deeds, notes, mortgages and loan agreements. Ms. Bailey focuses on matters related to mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture financings, securities, general corporate law and commercial transactions. Ms. Leyendecker primarily provides advice on initial formation, general corporate law, contract negotiations, merger and acquisitions, IP protection and data privacy.

In addition to Mr. Coleman, these three associates join partners Maxwell J. Bremer, Samuel W. Diehl, Stephen R. Eide, Kermit J. Nash, Nancy Quattlebaum Burke, Douglas M. Ramler and Andrew J. Daly in the Minneapolis office, along with several staff members.

The opening of the Minneapolis office marks Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr's continuing expansion into the Midwest and is the 16th office for the firm.
