(NASDAQ: SUPN) in the successful completion today of its previously announced $450 million acquisition of Adamas Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: ADMS). The acquisition strengthens Supernus' Parkinson's disease portfolio and diversifies the company's revenue and cash flow.
