Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr Further Strengthens its Business and Finance and Tax Practices With Addition of Steven P. Eichel
Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr LLP today announced that Steven P. Eichel has joined the firm as a partner in the Business and Finance and Tax Practices. Mr. Eichel will be resident in the Boston, Massachusetts office.
Mr. Eichel advises companies and individual entrepreneurs in the United States and internationally on business deals and tax issues. Drawing on more than 30 years of experience as a business and tax lawyer, Mr. Eichel helps both publicly traded and privately held companies structure and implement domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, complex joint venture formations, and international equity and debt financings. Mr. Eichel is a fluent French speaker and focuses particularly on companies in France, the United Kingdom and other parts of Europe looking to access markets in the United States, as well as U.S. companies working on global expansions. He also provides tax advice, generally and in these transactions, and general business advice, including assistance with commercial contracts and other day-to-day operational matters, restructuring, governance, compensation and succession strategies.

Mr. Eichel earned an LL.M. in Taxation from Boston University School of Law and his J.D. from Columbia University School of Law. He also has a B.A. from the University of Tennessee.
