Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr Further Strengthens its Litigation Practice With Addition of Timothy J. Pastore
Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr LLP today announced that Timothy J. Pastore has joined the firm as a litigation partner, resident in the New York office.
Mr. Pastore, a former military and federal prosecutor, provides legal counsel to corporate clients and individuals in litigation and arbitration matters across the country, particularly involving commercial real estate, electronic security/home automation, and cybersecurity/data privacy. His real estate litigation experience ranges from commercial mortgage foreclosures and repurchase claims to fair value purchase options and breach of servicing standards. Mr. Pastore also handles partnership disputes, commercial lease disputes, land use and other disputes involving commercial real property. His work for large corporate clients in matters involving electronic security and home automation systems includes providing advice on risk mitigation, contracting, licensing/permitting, customer retention, data privacy and cybersecurity, advertising/marketing/sales, operations and business protection.
Before joining Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr, Mr. Pastore was a shareholder at a national firm and, more recently, a partner and the chair of the Litigation Department at Duval & Stachenfeld LLP, a prominent commercial real estate boutique. Before entering private practice, Mr. Pastore was as a Captain and Judge Advocate (JAG) in the U.S. Air Force and a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney with the U.S. Department of Justice.

Mr. Pastore earned his J.D. from Boston College Law School and his B.A. from Bucknell University.
