Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr Launches Higher Education Webinar Series

"CYCLE by SAUL" Geared Toward College and University Leaders

(Philadelphia, Pa. - 2019-01-31)

Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr LLP today announced that it has launched a bi-monthly educational series targeting higher education and K-12 institutions.

The program is an expansion of the firm's CLE program "CYCLE by Saul – Covering Your Campus's Legal Education," which provides regularly occurring legal education courses to in-house counsel and senior management of higher education institutions. CYCLE programming focuses on the unique challenges associated with operating a higher education institution, as it relates to particular areas of law including litigation (Title IX and Clery Act), labor and employment, real estate, intellectual property, drone policies, among others.

Now offered via webinar, the programming will reach a larger, more diverse group of participants and will provide more regular updates on topics that are consistently top-of-mind for professionals working in and with educational institutions. "Expanding the CYCLE by Saul offering to a webinar platform allows a broader audience access to thought leadership specific to the important and nuanced legal challenges associated with operating higher education and K-12 institutions. We are excited to offer this platform to our contacts in the education industry," said Jim Keller, Partner and Chair, Higher Education and K-12 Schools Practices.

Each hour-long webinar will take place from 12:30-1:30 Eastern time on the last Thursday of every other month, beginning in February. General Counsel, executive leadership, risk managers and compliance officers from Higher Education and K-12 institutions are invited to enroll by visiting the CYCLE by Saul page on the firm’s website.
