(Philadelphia, PA – February 4, 2021) Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr LLP, a full-service law firm with 400-plus lawyers in 16 offices, today announced that it has received a perfect score of 100 percent on the 2021 Corporate Equality Index (CEI), a national benchmarking survey and report on corporate policies and practices related to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer (LGBTQ+) workplace equality, administered by the Human Rights Campaign Foundation. The firm joins the ranks of 767 major U.S. businesses which also earned top marks this year.

"We place a high value on diversity and inclusion within our Firm and across the legal profession, and we hope this recognition reinforces that commitment for our colleagues and clients," said firm Managing Partner Barry F. Levin. “Having now received the 100 rating for the fourth year in a row, I sincerely hope this illustrates that we have – and continue to do the work – required to be a truly inclusive and supportive workplace for our LGBTQ+ colleagues.”

The 2021 CEI rates businesses concerning their LGBTQ-related policies and practices including non-discrimination workplace protections, domestic partner benefits, transgender-inclusive health care benefits, competency programs and public engagement with the LGBTQ+ community. Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr’s efforts in satisfying all of the CEI’s criteria results in a 100 percent ranking and the designation as a Best Place to Work for LGBTQ Equality.
