Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr LLP today announced that it has elected seven attorneys to the firm’s partnership, effective January 1, 2019:

Gregory M. Boucher, a member of the Litigation Department in the Boston, Mass. office. Mr. Boucher is Vice Chair of the Firm’s Construction Practice and he handles complex civil litigation matters related to construction and employment law. He has been named a "Rising Star" by Super Lawyers and a Future Leader by the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce.

Richard B. Carroll, Jr., a member of the Business and Finance Department in the Wilmington, Del. office. Mr. Carroll regularly advises boards of directors and special committees on matters of corporate governance and fiduciary duties. He has significant experience in corporate transactions involving mergers and acquisitions, preferred stock financings, bankruptcies and corporate restructurings.

Monique Bair DiSabatino, a member of the Bankruptcy and Restructuring Department in the Wilmington, Del. office. Ms. DiSabatino concentrates her practice on a broad range of commercial bankruptcy, workout and restructuring matters in which she represents a variety of parties, including debtors, creditors' committees, unsecured creditors, landlords and contract parties. She has been named a "Rising Star" by Super Lawyers, and has been named one of America’s Leading Lawyers in Bankruptcy Law by Chambers USA.

Eugene J. Geekie, Jr., a member of the Bankruptcy and Restructuring Department in the Chicago, Ill. office. Mr. Geekie has represented secured and unsecured creditors in some of the largest bankruptcies in the country. He has also represented debtors in Chapter 11 proceedings, as well as court-appointed examiners, receivers, trustees and creditors' committees, providing them with trusted advice and litigation counseling that maximizes financial returns for creditors. He has been named to the Chicago Super Lawyers list for Business Litigation for several years.
Jonathan A. Havens, a member of the Business and Finance Department in the Baltimore, Md. office. Having previously worked as regulatory counsel with the FDA, Mr. Havens advises companies in the consumer health care products, life sciences, medical cannabis, food and beverage, cosmetics, and tobacco industries, among others, on how to get and keep their products on the market. He is Vice Chair of the Firm’s Food and Beverage Practice and he built and helps lead the Cannabis Law Practice. Mr. Havens was named one of the 2018 Cannabis Law Trailblazers by the National Law Journal.

Thomas K. Prevas, a member of the Litigation Department in the Baltimore, Md. office. Mr. Prevas is a commercial litigator with particularized experience in environmental law, working closely with developers, non-profits and other stakeholders on transformative real estate development projects, including projects on contaminated or blighted property. He has a significant amount of community involvement, serving on the boards of several charitable organizations and as a Baltimore City Planning Commissioner. Mr. Prevas was the recipient of three prestigious leadership awards in Maryland in 2018.

Courtney L. Schultz, a member of the Litigation Department in the Philadelphia, Pa. office. Ms. Schultz is involved in complex commercial litigation, fiduciary litigation, trust and estate administration, energy and utilities and higher education matters. She represents clients in federal and state courts and administrative agencies in connection with a variety of legal matters, including contract disputes, employment matters, property disputes, regulatory filings, and mergers and acquisitions.
