Saul Ewing Selected as Delaware Counsel to Unsecured Creditors Committee of Forever 21 Bankruptcy Cases

Saul Ewing, a full-service law firm with more than 400 attorneys in 16 offices, announced that it has been selected as Delaware counsel to the official committee of unsecured creditors in the bankruptcy proceedings of Forever 21, Inc. et al. ("Forever 21"), pending in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.  Forever 21, a Los Angeles-based retailer, filed bankruptcy petitions on September 29, 2019.
