Saul Ewing launches LGBTQ+ Affinity Group

January 23, 2012 – In support of the Firm’s internal networking efforts to nurture a more inclusive culture and work environment, Saul Ewing is happy to announce the establishment of its LGBTQ+ Affinity Group. The LGBTQ+ (Lesbian, Gay, Bi-sexual, Transgender, Queer) Affinity Group is open to all Firm attorneys and has been established to ensure equal opportunity and professional development for Saul Ewing’s LGBTQ+ attorneys. Members will act as a resource on issues related to diversity, such as recruiting and retention, providing better access to informal information that may help Saul Ewing attorneys achieve success, giving input on professional development opportunities and enhancing the work environment by encouraging inclusion and communication.
