Saul Ewing Partner Evan Foster Named a "Client Service All-Star"
Only 25 intellectual property attorneys named to the national list
Saul Ewing LLP, a full service law firm with more than 270 lawyers in 11 East Coast offices, today announced that Evan Foster, a partner in the firm’s Intellectual Property and Health Practices, has been named a “Client Service All-Star” by The BTI Consulting Group, one of only 25 IP lawyers to earn this recognition.
The annual report is based on BTI’s interviews with hundreds of general counsel from the world’s largest companies. BTI asked survey participants to name outside lawyers that provided them superior client focus, innovative thought leadership, unmatched business understanding, strong legal skills, good value for cost and outstanding results. For the IP practitioners in particular, offering clients both a business understanding, and a technical understanding of their challenges, was an important factor.
At Saul Ewing, Foster concentrates his practice in technology transactions, systems acquisitions, and ancillary services, representing both customers and vendors in the healthcare, life sciences, financial, and manufacturing industries. In this role, he advises clients on legal issues relating to the Internet and e-commerce, including cloud computing and software-as-a-service arrangements, and provides counseling on data protection, privacy, and general intellectual property matters. Prior to becoming an attorney, Evan founded an information technology consulting firm, Foster Consulting Group, which provided IT solutions for small businesses and nonprofit groups.
