Saul Ewing Partner Named to MSBA Business Law Section Council

Saul Ewing LLP is proud to announce that Adam S. Zarren, a partner in the Corporate Practice, has been appointed to the Business Law Section Council for the Maryland State Bar Association. The purpose of the Business Law Section is to promote the objectives of the Maryland State Bar Association within the field of corporation, banking and business law to attorneys who have a special interest in those fields and to further the study, development and improvement of the law. Zarren will serve an initial three-year term, and joins Saul Ewing partners Marshall Paul and Eric Orlinsky on the Council.

Based in the firm’s Baltimore office, Zarren advises growing small and middle market businesses, as well as large national and global companies on general corporate, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and many other business-related matters. He has been named to the Maryland Super Lawyers list and included as one of the “Maryland Legal Elite” by SmartCEO magazine. He has also recently co-authored two different M&A books published by a Thomson Reuters company in addition to publishing articles on various business law topics in national and international magazines and regional newspapers. His educational credentials include an M.B.A. from the University of Baltimore, Merrick School of Business; a J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law; and a B.S. from Towson University.
