Saul Ewing Strengthens Higher Education Capabilities with Newest Washington, D.C. Partner, William D. Nussbaum
Saul Ewing LLP, a full service law firm with more than 260 lawyers in 11 East Coast offices, announced today that William D. Nussbaum has joined the firm as a partner in the Higher Education and Commercial Litigation practices. He will be resident in Saul Ewing’s Washington, D.C. office.
Nussbaum handles complex litigation for colleges, universities and other institutions of learning that are facing sensitive disputes around issues such as racial and gender discrimination and employee misconduct. He brings to Saul Ewing clients 37 years of experience handling general civil litigation, not only for the higher education industry, but also for clients in telecommunications, insurance and many other industries in the United States and internationally. Nussbaum is also an active member of the National Association of College and University Attorneys (NACUA) and a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers.

Nussbaum earned his law degree, summa cum laude, from American University Washington College of Law and his bachelor’s degree, cum laude, from Boston University.
