Two Arnstein & Lehr Attorneys Recognized Among 2015 Florida Legal Elite
Arnstein & Lehr LLP congratulates two of the firm’s Florida-based attorneys, Edmund Whitson III and Jordan B. Isrow, for being named to the “2015 Florida Legal Elite” list by Florida Trend Magazine. Attorneys are chosen by peers and separated by two categories: Legal Elite and Up & Comers.
Edmund Whitson III, a partner in the Tampa office, earned recognition as a Legal Elite for his Bankruptcy and Workout experience. Mr. Whitson handles complex litigation matters in both district and bankruptcy courts as well as deals with sophisticated collection/garnishment and judgment recovery litigation. He is highly experienced in the areas of creditor rights, landlord tenant, commercial lending, and real estate lending and development. He has counseled clients in the negotiation of contracts and the preparation of legal opinions in connection with federal New Market Tax Credit transactions and Transportation Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act financings. Additionally, he has represented a variety of clients, including large hospitals, physician groups and other health care providers in mergers, acquisitions and affiliation transactions. Mr. Whitson received his J.D. from University of Florida in 1991.
Jordan B. Isrow, an associate in the Fort Lauderdale office, gained recognition as an Up & Comer for his Commercial Litigation experience as well as exhibiting leadership in the law under the age of 40 years old. Mr. Isrow’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation in both state and federal court. He has a diverse range of experience on a variety of matters including complex commercial disputes, intellectual property, real estate, trusts and estates, professional misconduct, employment and labor law, and administrative proceedings. Mr. Isrow received his J.D./M.B.A. from University of Miami School of Law, cum laude, in 2011.
