  • An industrial products manufacturer in a contract dispute connected with a customer's purchase of allegedly defective equipment. The customer alleged the manufacturer breached the warranty and made material misrepresentations in the contract.

  • An individual in trust litigation involving allegations of breach of duty in the management of their assets by the trustee. The case -- which involved a dispute between family members -- was dismissed with prejudice in favor of the individual client.
  • An individual petitioning the court for judicial probate of a foreign will in the face of allegations concerning undue influence and lack of competency.
  • A party petitioning the court to assume the role as successor guardian of property of her disabled partner in the face of vigorous opposition from family members of the disabled individual. The matter ended with the court granting the petition. 
  • A party petitioning the court to assume the roles of guardian of property and guardian of person of her disabled mother in the face of opposition from the disability trust. The court granted the petition. 
  • An estate valued in excess of $3 million and the personal representatives of the estate in a caveat proceeding challenging the validity of a will based on competency and undue influence.
