Loretta Prettyman has been in private practice for more than 43 years, concentrating in the areas of residential, commercial and mixed-use project development. Her work includes: drafting project governing documents; commercial and residential leasing; representing sellers, buyers and lenders in real estate transactions; and title examination. She has experience in antitrust defense and plaintiff foreclosure litigation. She also advises on federal and state regulatory compliance on behalf of major lending institutions and condominium conversions.
