As a member of the Firm's Bankruptcy and Restructuring Practice, Sabrina Espinal assists debtors, trustees, creditor committees and other parties throughout the bankruptcy and restructuring process. She has experience working on Chapter 11 reorganization and liquidation cases, Chapter 7 cases, and related adversary proceedings.
Sabrina also participates in litigation involving general commercial disputes, including handling discovery and drafting briefs, motion and pleadings.
While earning her J.D. at American University Washington College of Law, Sabrina was a judicial intern for the Honorable Lourdes M. Ventura in the New York Supreme Court. She was also a student attorney at Entrepreneurship Law Clinic in Washington, D.C., a corporation finance honors intern for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, and an intern in the Office of General Counsel for the Export-Import Bank of the United States.
