Samantha Gross concentrates her practice on health care law, corporate transactions, and commercial ventures. Samantha regularly advises clients on regulatory matters including data privacy and cybersecurity, digital health, telehealth, regulatory licensing, changes in ownership, patient safety issues, and HIPAA privacy and security issues and development of compliance programs.
Samantha brings a diverse perspective to her representation of hospitals, physician groups, long-term care organizations, home health care providers, group purchasing organizations, and pharmacies. Samantha maintains a robust pro bono practice, regularly volunteering with Philadelphia VIP.
Outside of her legal practice, Samantha teaches at the University of Pennsylvania Masters of Public Health Program, of which she is an alumna.
