Jaffari, partner and co-chair of the Securities Transactions and Regulations Practice Group, provides a comprehensive overview of the whistleblower program established by The Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act (Dodd-Frank Act), which was signed into law by President Obama on July 21, 2010. The program became effective on August 12, 2011.
