Nonattorney Investigator Must Disclose Witness Interview Notes in Pennsylvania

Michael discusses a recent Pennsylvania Superior Court decision that unanimously ruled notes and memoranda of witness interviews prepared by a nonattorney private investigator are not protected by the work-product doctrine to the same extent as if the interviews had been conducted by an attorney.
