2012 SEC Reporting Rules 22nd Edition

Date: 01/15/2012
Author: Justin B. Ettelson, Contributor
Services: Tax | Securities Transactions and Regulations

A team of Saul Ewing securities lawyers has edited its 22nd edition of SEC Reporting Rules books.*

As any professional familiar with SEC reporting rules knows, the SEC disclosure rules are complex and constantly expanding. The 2012 SEC Reporting Rules books present the rules in a user-friendly format. The book is unique because it interweaves Regulation S-K or the proxy rules, as applicable, with the text of the disclosure form, thus eliminating the need to use two books to get the full disclosure requirements for a particular issue. Saul Ewing attorney Justin B. Ettelson contributed to the book.

The books include the 2012 SEC Reporting Rules for Forms 10-K, 10-Q and 8-K and 2012 SEC Reporting Rules for Proxy Statements, which are intended for use by most public companies. To download a copy of the SEC Reporting Rules book(s) that are right for you, click here.
