Attorneys from the Firm's Consumer Financial Services Litigation Practice will host their annual half-day CLE program, “Significant Developments in Consumer Financial Services Litigation and Enforcement.” The program will examine recent developments in consumer finance regulations such as the Fair Lending Act (FLA), the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), along with an in-house counsel roundtable discussing litigation trends and issues that consumer finance companies are facing and the current impact of COVID-19.
