Title IX Resource Center

In May 2020 the U.S. Department of Education released its final rule governing Title IX with an implementation date of  August 14, 2020. Recognizing the fast-approaching implementation date, Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr’s Higher Education Practice has launched this Title IX Resource Center.

As your school begins the hard work of coming into compliance, the resources on this page will provide instruction and recommendations on how your campus stakeholders should approach implementation of specific facets of the Rule and how the Rule may impact current written policies or future institutional responses. We will be updating this Resource Page with additional presentations, reference documents, and helpful checklists regularly, so please check back often.
