  • Providing one or more attorneys to cover a specific service or scope of services on an “FTE-equivalent” basis
  • Eliminating the need to find a single individual with a wide-ranging skill set since we can easily staff a team of lawyers to handle the workload in various areas
  • Providing the service for a monthly fee based on an estimate of the salary and benefits that would be paid to the FTE being replaced

We staff our Capacity Expansion team with attorneys whose skill sets most align with the client needs at hand. However, the service is especially geared toward providing legal services that general counsel may otherwise hesitate to send to outside lawyers who bill at hourly rates, such as:

  • Routine commercial disputes
