On May 9, U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Brendan L. Shannon of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware issued a landmark order granting recognition of the Canadian restructuring proceedings of The Cannabist Company Holdings Inc. under Chapter 15 of the Bankruptcy Code.
