Minneapolis Litigation Partner and Appellate Group Co-Chair Katie Barrett Wiik served as a Co-Editor of the 2024 edition of the Eighth Circuit Practice Manual, published by Minnesota CLE. This publication is designed to be a primary resource for attorneys representing clients in its namesake jurisdiction, offering indispensable assistance both in the office and in the courtroom. The Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals reviews decisions from federal district courts in Arkansas, Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, and South Dakota.
