Constantly Evolving Non-Compete Law Requires Constant Corporate Consideration
With non-competes in the news last year with the FTC’s proposed, enacted, but ultimately unsuccessful attempt to ban them, it is time to a refresher on where things currently stand on a nationwide basis in the non-compete spectrum.
