CLE Webinar - Recyclability: Research, Regulation, and Risk

Saul Ewing invites you to a CLE-eligible webinar examining recent developments in plastics and packaging recyclability, including a discussion of the science, regulation, and risks implicated by recyclability claims made by companies. The program will explore the science behind recycling plastics, the regulations governing marketing statements about recycling on plastics, and the litigation risks companies are presently facing for statements about recycling and recyclability, including the use of the Chasing Arrows symbol universally recognized as a symbol of recyclability. Attendees will leave with a better understanding of the science, regulation, and risks of recyclability statements on products, including concrete steps for mitigating litigation risk while navigating overlapping compliance obligations.

Saul Ewing presenters will be joined by guest speaker Chris White, Senior Managing Scientist, Ramboll.
