Advanced Intensive: Bridging the Gap: A Collaborative Working Group on Business Interruption Disputes
Over the past few years, NetD panels have thoroughly explored the challenges surrounding business interruption claims—highlighting recurring disputes, interpretive gaps, and the ever-present call for "more communication." This session takes that conversation to the next level.
In this hands-on workshop, participants will be divided into small, diverse working groups and assigned two of 10+ common BI dispute scenarios, each one drawn from real-world claims.
Facilitators will guide the discussion, ensuring balanced input and productive dialogue. Groups will work from a shared set of policy wordings and reconvene at the end to share key insights and consensus points.
