This program will examine basic aspects of an M&A transaction, from both the perspective of buyers and sellers, and focus on the in-house counsel's role in leading a successful transaction.  We will discuss these and other important corporate governance concepts, applicable to M&A transactions, in both healthy and distressed situations.
