Saul Ewing LLP's Consumer Financial Services Litigation Practice hosted our annual CLE program on Thursday, December 18. This program provided updates on consumer financial services civil litigation and government enforcement trends, including federal and state governments' top consumer protection priorities and developments in the servicing related litigation, pressing operational compliance concerns and much more. Our program also included an informative roundtable discussion with in-house counsel from various financial services companies.
