Richard and Pam presented an hour-long webinar and took questions about the process. Between them, Richard and Pam have worked on many property tax appeals over the years, such as large office buildings, shopping centers, golf courses, and other specialty properties, including securing an $80 million assessment reduction for Verizon in New Castle County, as well as other multi-million dollar reductions on other properties.
