Barooshian Comments on Possible Defenses in Big Law Insider Trading Scandal

“I think the defendants could take the position that this is a series of smaller conspiracies, and there isn’t one, major conspiracy,” he said. “If you confuse a jury enough about the actual allegations, you may create reasonable doubt.”
