(Philadelphia, PA) January 14, 2026 - Saul Ewing LLP announced that it has named Alexander (Sandy) R. Bilus as Executive Partner, effective today. The Executive Partner plays a key role in firm governance, risk management, and partnership oversight; supports the Managing Partner, Executive Committee, and Department and Practice Group leadership in the management of the firm’s attorneys; and oversees partner recruiting.
Mr. Bilus’ practice focuses on assisting clients who are facing complex commercial litigation or who need legal advice on issues involving cybersecurity and data privacy, particularly in the higher education and financial services industries. He also serves as Deputy General Counsel to the firm.

Mr. Bilus earned his J.D., cum laude, from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and his undergraduate degree from Oberlin College.
