Glaser, Partner and Co-Chair of the Firm's Trusts & Estates Practice Group, completed the 21st Supplement to the Maryland Estate Planning, Wills and Trusts Library: Forms and Practice Manual. The 21st Supplement was published by Data Trace Publishing Company in December 2025. Mr. Glaser assumed the role as sole author and editor of this treatise in 2021, and since then, he has authored a complete revision of this essential forms and planning treatise for the Maryland practitioner.

Mr. Glaser resides in the Firm's Baltimore office and focuses his practice on estate planning; business succession planning; prenuptial agreements; asset protection planning; charitable gift planning; and income, gift, estate and generation-skipping transfer tax planning, as well as trust and estate administration. He earned his J.D. from the University of Maryland School of Law, cum laude, his M.A. in Economics from the University of Maryland Graduate School, and his B.A. from Boston College.
