(PHILADELPHIA, January 7, 2025) - Saul Ewing LLP announced today that it has elected eight attorneys to the firm’s partnership and promoted seven attorneys to counsel, all effective January 1, 2025.
The new partners are:
Blaine R. Feinauer
Based in Chesterbrook, Blaine is a member of the firm’s Litigation Department, representing clients in complex commercial business disputes.
Lisa M. Koblin
Based in Philadelphia, Lisa is a member of the firm’s Litigation Department, focusing her practice on labor and employment law.
Thomas A. Laser
Based in Chicago, Tom is a member of the firm’s Litigation Department, litigating a variety of complex commercial disputes, including servicing claims for consumer financial services companies.
Benjamin A. Nadell
Based in Princeton, Ben is a member of the firm’s Transactional Department, focusing on real estate, zoning and land use matters.
Erik P. Pramschufer
Based in New York, Erik is a member of the firm’s Litigation Department, defending clients against lawsuits and administrative claims related to wages, discrimination and protected leaves of absence and counsels employers on human resource compliance.
Douglas A. Sampson
Based in Baltimore, Doug is a member of the firm’s Litigation Department, focusing on commercial litigation as well as real estate and telecommunications matters.
Shane P. Simon
Based in Philadelphia, Shane is a member of the firm’s Litigation Department, representing clients from a variety of industries, including higher education, energy, public utilities, insurance, and health care in state and federal courts at both the trial and appellate level.
Elizabeth A. Thompson
Based in Chicago, Elizabeth is a member of the firm’s Litigation Department, focusing her practice on litigating constitutional claims, administrative review actions, government investigations and business litigation.

Based in Newark, Alex is a member of the firm’s Litigation Department, representing clients in high-stakes intellectual property disputes, including pharmaceutical patent litigation under the Hatch-Waxman Act.
John R. Dixon
Based in Harrisburg, John is a member of the Transactional Department, representing clients in matters involving environmental regulation and litigation, including government enforcement proceedings.
Matthew R. Gerber
Based in Wilmington, Matthew is a member of the firm’s Transactional Department, assisting commercial clients with real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and purchase and sales agreements.
Cynthia V. Gomez
Based in Washington D.C., Cynthia is a member of the firm’s Transactional Department, focusing her practice on business immigration law.
Anne D. Greene
Based in Pittsburgh, Anne is a member of the firm’s Transactional Department and has broad experience in employee benefits, including compliance for retirement and health plans, fiduciary responsibilities, executive compensation, and M&A due diligence.
Michael J. Pollock
Based in Chicago, Michael is a member of the firm’s Litigation Department, representing companies in commercial litigation involving a wide range of business disputes.
John Paul Regan
Based in Pittsburgh, John Paul (“JP”) is a member of the firm’s Litigation Department and maintains a general litigation and appellate practice, with a focus on business disputes, complex commercial litigation and regulatory matters.
