(Philadelphia) April 30, 2025 - Saul Ewing LLP announced that it has named Kelly P. Enache as its first-ever Chief Strategic Operations Officer, effective today.
In this newly-created role, Kelly will oversee strategic initiatives across business units, identify new growth opportunities and work closely with the firm’s executive committee to evaluate and refine the firm's governance model.
In her decade at Saul Ewing, Kelly brought a strategic, visionary approach to her roles as Director of Business Development (2015-2016), Marketing Department Director (2016-2017) and Chief Marketing Officer (2017-2025). Under her leadership, and with unparalleled dedication and creativity, the firm’s marketing functions have thrived, setting a standard for excellence in business development, client relations, communications and events. Kelly will continue to lead our Marketing Department while also playing a key strategic role in guiding the growth of our Knowledge Management and Practice Management functions and advancing cross-functional, firmwide initiatives. Recognizing evolving business needs, Kelly led the effort to define the firm’s vision for Knowledge Management, competitive intelligence, and a more operationally focused Practice Management function. She has worked closely with the directors of these areas to build and strengthen these capabilities, positioning them as key drivers of firmwide innovation and operational efficiency.
