(Newark, NJ) January 21, 2025 - Saul Ewing LLP announced today that it has elected partner Ruth A. Rauls to the Firm’s seven-member Executive Committee. Ms. Rauls will serve a five-year term, beginning today.
Ms. Rauls’ practice focuses on representing management in employment disputes before federal and state courts and agencies. Her extensive litigation experience includes handling cases at the trial and appellate levels in New Jersey and New York, as well as in private mediations and arbitrations. She draws on her litigation experience to help large and small companies alike identify risk and to provide support for internal decision making that affects their business operations. Ms. Rauls currently serves as Chair of the firm’s Labor & Employment practice and Vice Chair of the firm’s Litigation Department.

Mrs. Rauls earned her J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law - Newark, and her undergraduate degree from Saint Louis University.
