WASHINGTON, D.C. (March 3, 2024) - Saul Ewing LLP today announced that Partner Jason McElroy has been named Managing Partner of the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. The Managing Partner functions as the office’s Chief Executive and is responsible for, among other things, managing office budgets and productivity, building and maintaining office culture, overseeing professional staff, office space and facilities, identifying opportunities for office growth and promoting the position and functioning of the firm within the local business and legal communities.

In his practice, Mr. McElroy represents clients in complex litigation matters across federal and state courts, including jury trials, bench trials, and arbitration proceedings. He handles a wide range of disputes, including claims under the False Claims Act, Program Fraud and Civil Remedies Act, unfair trade practices, trade secrets, restrictive covenants, and business, contract, and antitrust issues. Mr. McElroy has particular experience in consumer financial services litigation, representing companies in cases involving the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), Truth in Lending Act (TILA), and other regulatory statutes, including class action matters.
Mr. McElroy earned his B.A. from DePauw University, and his J.D. from American University Washington College of Law.
