Philadelphia, (October 5, 2026) – Saul Ewing LLP has expanded its Trusts & Estates Group in its Philadelphia Office with the hiring of Counsel Jennifer Breton, who brings two decades of experience counseling high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families on estate planning and administration, business succession, and domestic and international tax matters.

Ms. Breton's advanced degree in taxation, with a certificate in estate planning, enables her to guide clients through the tax implications of their planning decisions and to structure arrangements that align with both personal and financial objectives.
Although Ms. Breton's focus is on proactive planning to minimize risk and avoid disputes, she also provides sophisticated analysis, strategy, and support to litigation teams when trust and estate controversies arise.
Ms. Breton has an LL.M. from Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law, a J.D. from Widener University Delaware Law School and a B.A. from West Chester University.
