MIAMI, (MARCH 26, 2025) – Juan Martinez, a trial lawyer with more than 30 years of courtroom experience, has joined Saul Ewing, where he will focus on guiding corporate clients through legal challenges ranging from shareholder and partnership disputes to winding down businesses. Mr. Martinez will be a partner in the firm’s Miami office.

Mr. Martinez’s experience with business dissolution spans from buyouts and windups to noncompete issues, asset liquidation, employment and succession planning. He also handles a range of complex commercial, corporate and construction litigation matters. This includes contractual disputes, business torts, title disputes, commercial foreclosures, securities issues, and real estate conflicts and receiverships.
Mr. Martinez primarily represents closely held companies across the middle market in industries such as aviation, banking, construction, insurance, transportation and real estate. As a Miami native and fluent Spanish speaker, he works regularly with clients from Latin America.
Mr. Martinez earned a J.D. from Florida State University College of Law and his B.A. from Florida International University.
