Peter Brunovskis brings more than 20 years of experience to his role as a patent agent assisting clients with U.S. and overseas patent applications. He is a former biotech patent examiner for the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office with a Ph.D. in microbiology and 15 years of research experience in molecular biology. Peter helps clients protect their intellectual property through drafting and prosecuting patent applications and providing litigation and due diligence support and freedom-to-operate analyses in the biological, chemical and mechanical arts.
Peter’s work has focused on preparing and prosecuting patent applications covering a range of technologies, including chimeric antigen receptors; recombinant immune cells; antibodies and antibody-drug conjugates; RNA therapeutics; gene therapy; viral- and non-viral expression vectors; cell differentiation; Fc fusion proteins; pharmaceutical formulations; cancer diagnostics; medical devices, diagnostic agents, kits and devices; polymeric compositions; cosmetic formulations; and water treatment systems.
