Overview

Andrew Bollinger is a member of the Litigation Department in the firm's Chicago office. He maintains a general litigation practice with a focus on defending clients in complex commercial business disputes, white collar investigations, and higher education.

While in law school at Temple University Beasley School of Law, Andrew worked as a full-time law clerk in a private law firm where he assisted attorneys with multi-party, high value insurance subrogation litigations. His work there also included legal research, investigation of claims, and written discovery.

He also gained experience during his position as a summer associate with Saul Ewing in 2015 and as an intern in 2014 to the Honorable Lynne A. Sitarski, U.S. Magistrate Judge in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, where he performed legal research and drafted memoranda on issues such as prisoner habeas corpus petitions, social security appeals and complex commercial  litigation matters.
