Carolyn M. Toll

Carolyn Toll is a member of the Litigation Department in the Firm’s Philadelphia office. She maintains a general litigation practice and handles a variety of matters involving complex commercial disputes.

Carolyn attended Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, where she graduated magna cum laude. While earning her law degree, Carolyn was a Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr summer associate, where she worked on matters involving litigation, business and finance, labor and employment, higher education, and trusts and estates. She also interned at Elwyn, where she assisted the general counsel of a human services organization that serves children and adults with disabilities.

Prior to attending law school, Carolyn was a special education teacher.
