Christie R. McGuinness

Christie McGuinness focuses her practice on commercial litigation and disputes involving force majeure and white collar and government enforcement. Christie represents clients in a wide range of industries in cases alleging breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty as well as disputes arising from EB-5 investments and leases. She also has experience with embezzlement and sexual abuse claims, including representing youth organizations and independent K-12 schools.

During law school, Christie served as a student prosecutor for the Criminal Division of the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of New York. She was also an intern for the Special Federal Litigation Department of the New York City Law Department.
