Some of Christie's select representations include working on trial teams that:
- Secured a complete defense verdict for employees of the Delaware Department of Correction in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware involving allegations that a rehabilitative program violated the Fifth Amendment’s prohibition on double jeopardy.
- Obtained a $4.8 million verdict following a jury trial in the Court of Common Pleas, Philadelphia County, in a case brought against a check cashing agency over its role in allowing a fraudster to embezzle millions of dollars from that fraudster’s employer.
- Conducted a two-week bench trial in the Commercial Division of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, New York County, in a case involving a partnership dispute between a group of limited partners against the general partner.
