Madeline Remish handles both commercial litigation and labor and employment litigation for corporate clients in state and federal courts, including claims of employment discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wage and hour violations. Her practice also includes matters involving employment agreements, separation agreements, restrictive covenants, and prevailing wage issues. She also works on cases involving ERISA benefits and negotiates on behalf of employers in contract and collective bargaining disputes as well as anti-union organizing.
Madeline additionally provides employment advice and counseling to clients, and she conducts internal investigations to determine employers' liability risks. She presents in-house training for employees, management and executives on these fronts and crafts employment handbooks and policies.
