Michael Jacobson is an associate in the Chicago office of Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr LLP and a member of the Litigation Practice.
His practice focuses primarily on representing and counseling individuals and entities on complex commercial litigation matters, with a concentration in contract disputes, including breach, fraud and specific performance. Michael also handles cases obtaining a variety of injunctive and equitable remedies.
In addition, Michael has a wide variety of litigation experience in both state and federal courts, including creditors' rights in bankruptcy matters and real estate disputes involving financial institutions in commercial foreclosures.
Prior to joining the firm, he served as an intern for the office of general counsel for the Illinois Commerce Commission. Michael also worked for the Circuit Court of Cook County's Second Municipal District, where he was a judicial extern for the presiding Judge Shelley Sutker-Dermer.
