Nikhil Mehta works closely with clients and their management teams to draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements, including contracts for purchase and sale of goods, distribution and supply agreements, services agreements, manufacturing agreements, licenses and leases.
Nikhil also represents companies in a variety of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity deals, joint ventures, restructurings and other transactions that shape clients' businesses. His experience includes representing local, national and multi-national companies in the negotiation and closing of transactions.
Beyond his transactional work, Nikhil advises clients on administrative, regulatory, privacy, and digital asset and cryptocurrency matters. He has been interviewed by AP News, CQ Roll Call, and PBS News Chicago Tonight in connection with his corporate work.
